Billing & Payments

At Piano Lab we aim to provide a smooth and transparent billing & payment process for our valued students. Please review our billing and payment policy below:

 

1. Advance Payment: Payment for lessons is required to be made in advance to secure your enrolment. This ensures that your lesson slots are reserved and ready for you to start learning without delay.
2. Package Selection: We offer a diverse range of packages tailored to meet your specific needs and preferences. Choose the package that aligns with your goals and skill level, and proceed with payment based on the selected package.

3. Invoice-Based Payment: Payment will be made based on the invoice provided to you upon package selection. The invoice will detail the selected package, payment amount, and payment due date.
4. One-Time Registration Fee: A one—time registration fee of AED 150 will be charged upon enrolment. This fee covers administrative costs associated with processing your registration and setting up your account.
5. Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit/debit card and bank transfer.

      6. Late Payments: Late payments may result in the suspension of lessons                until payment is received.

Cancellation & Refund

We understand that life's commitments can sometimes interfere with scheduled lessons. Here's our cancellation and refund policy to ensure smooth coordination:

 

1. Cancellation Notice: If you are unable to attend a scheduled lesson, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to reschedule your class and accommodate your needs effectively (subject to the package chosen).
2. Rescheduling: The cancelled class must be rescheduled within the package expiration period. We will work with you to find a suitable replacement time slot based on instructor availability (subject to the package chosen).
3. Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled class, a rebooking fee of AED 60 will apply. This fee covers administrative costs associated with rescheduling the lesson (subject to the package chosen).
4. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for a scheduled lesson without prior notification, the class will be considered forfeited, and no refunds or rescheduling options will be available.
5. Travel Notification: If you anticipate being unable to attend lessons due to travel plans, please notify us at least two weeks in advance. This allows us to discuss options for freezing your package until your return (subject to the package chosen).

Please note, we do not issue refunds for prepaid packages. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines to ensure the smooth operation of our studio.
